The World Naked Bike Ride and picnic organized through NIFTY will be happening next Saturday, July 8.  We will be meeting at Sunset Beach, Beach Avenue and Bute Street, Vancouver, at noon for body painting.  The ride will start at 14:00 (2PM), and be followed by a picnic.

We hope everyone can make it, and help spread the word about it.  Even if you won’t be riding, everyone is welcome at the picnic afterward.

In addition, we could use some volunteers to help with putting on the event.  I can go down and set up the body painting, but we’ll need some help setting up the picnic.  This would involve bringing the food and drinks to the beach, and setting up a banner.  The ride will probably be returning to Sunset Beach sometime between 15 and 16:00 (3 – 4 PM), so the picnic should be set up by 15:00 or so.

If you can help with anything, it’d be much appreciated!  Please let me know.  Hope to see everyone next Saturday!
